Rashid Khan, Afghanistan’s cricket leg-spinner has created a Guinness World Records by taking 176 wickets in the international matches under the age of 20.
Before Rashid Khan, Pakistan’s cricket starts Waqar Younus broke this record.
On September 26, International Cricket Council (ICC) announced Rashid as the number one bowler in the Twenty20 International formation.
IN 2018, Khan became the fastest bowler reaching the milestone of 100 ODI wickets, in 44 matches, which is eight fewer than the previous record-holder, Australia’s Mitchell Starc, who took 52 matches to break the 18-year-old record in 2016.
Rashid is one of the most creative sports stars of Afghanistan and has played in cricketing leagues around the world over the past couple of years.
