The leader of a political party, (Hezb-e-Islami), Gulbadin Hekmatyar on Sunday said the election would go for the second round if the number of the participants were around 1.5 million.
He also called for the formation of an interim government to handle the probable next round of the presidential election.
According to him, one million non-biometric votes have been cast in favored of the specific electoral team.
Hekmatyar claimed that millions of dollars have been spent by certain candidates.
Hekmatyar also criticized the foreign diplomats for visiting the election commissions.
He asked the election commissions to pay serious attention regarding corruption and fraudulence in the counting process of election.
Hekmatyar warned that he would go to the battlefield if needed.
Currently, the country is waiting for the election results, but the situation looks like nobody would accept the fate of September 28th polls.
