No less than 100 Afghan and Iranian movies were screened during the eight-day Afghan Film Festival held in Kabul.
“Parting” and “A Few Cubic Meters of Love” were among the Afghan-Iranian drama movies screened at the Afghan Film Festival held to mark the 100th Independence anniversary of Afghanistan.
Both the films were selected as Afghan entry for Best Foreign Language Film category at the Academy Awards.
Afghanistan organized this special film festival to mark the 100th anniversary of independence. The Film festival showcased at least 100 notable films of Afghan cinema during the 8-day festival that began on August 3.SHARE ON
